Trafford Christian Life Centre is a multi-cultural and multi-generational church
meeting in the Stretford area of Trafford, Manchester.
Tclc had its begining in March 1993 when Pastors Dennis & Christine Ryan
set up a gospel meeting in the area of Stretford. The church was called Stretford Christian Fellowship.
The church met at Firswood Community Centre and within a year had around 40 people attending.
In the second year the church took on an a small block of six offices in Old Trafford and converted
them into a sanctuary, sunday school and fellowship hall.
For further growth the church moved to Stretford and held their meetings in the Public Hall.
The church also rented an office on Chester Road in the Gorse Hill area.
In 2001 the church took on the Independent Methodist Chapel on Barton road, Stretford, where she
continues with her work in the community. The church has been remodelled and modernised
and has a sanctuary for 200 people, offices, and a basement that offers an onsite cafe and community hall.
Our mission is simple:
'We exist to connect people to God'
